Children's Library
Books for Children.
We love books, especially books for children. They are short. They are inspirational. They help children learn, and dream, and think about the world in new ways. Achieving literacy is a remarkable accomplishment, one that is fun to share in together. There is hardly anything better than enjoying a great children's book. We have a growing collection here at Baan Dek, one that we would like to make available for our families.
Selections and Titles.
These are not all Montessori Books. Many of these are books that have been gifted to our school, or that we think your children might enjoy. Not all of them reflect "Montessori principles", but they all embody, in one way or another, an appreciation of childhood. If you have a title in mind that we need to have, please let us know. Additionally, if you would like to donate a book to the library, we would gladly welcome your selections.
