Our friends at Abrams Appleseed were nice enough to provide us with an assortment of their new collection of books. Beneath our John Lennon quote, of which Sir Ken Robinson is fond, we decided to set out the Spring and Fall collection for students and parents to enjoy. Little did we know that reading a book after school, with mom or dad, or the grandparents, would become such a popular hit at Baan Dek. Needless to say, it’s become a routine for a number of families. Some of our students even take the books home for the evening, to read before bedtime, or to share with their younger siblings. They’re always then returned, waiting for the next eager minds.
