It naturally follows that we love engaging in continuing education at weekly staff meetings and on inservice days.
This year, we decided to read Maria Montessori’s The Absorbent Mind together, and discuss at our weekly staff meetings.
We’re reading one chapter a week, which feels like just the right pace to really internalize this rich tome.
Some of us are reading it for the first time, others are familiar with the text, but we’re all learning together. There’s always something new to glean, deeper understanding to be had.
