An Inspired Montessori Parent

Aidan McAuley, a Montessori parent, wanted to help out his local Montessori school, so he took matters into his own hands. He did what Montessori students would do: he offered to help.

“I simply grew tired of not seeing or hearing about Montessori, so I convinced our school to get the word out.  You keep reading articles about our state of education in America, how schools need more funding, better qualified teachers, the fact that the chance of so many children to truly pursue happiness in life depends on a lottery ball.  People need to know about Montessori,” Aidan explains.

“We have to fight the idea that educating our children depends upon the transfer of knowledge from an adult.  Discovering Montessori education has changed my life and my hope is that Villa di Maria’s aggressive advertising will lead to the change of many others’ lives.”

Aidan continues, “If we get just one student to enroll as a result of this billboard, the return on investment for one year is 700%.  This is money well spent!”

A great lesson from an inspired Montessori parent.
