We have so many things to say & share.
First, we wanted to say thank you to Hugh Weber. The OTA Sessions is the single greatest annual event in the city of Sioux Falls, and the entire region for that matter, and we’re extremely proud to be a part of the wonderful activities, festivities and overall experience.
Yes, this is a love letter of sorts.
Without a doubt, we’re still reveling in the aftermath, inspired by the connections and community, armed with so many new and fresh concepts, concepts we’re really looking forward to putting into action in the near future.

Second, we had the great pleasure of meeting a number of excellent speakers, learning their tricks of the trade, so to speak, and gaining unique, ‘behind the scenes’ insights into their respective lives and crafts.
This year, Baan Dek was extremely pleased to sponsor Ash Huang from Pinterest. Her polish and acumen, coupled with her delightful, subtle humor, were captivatingly enriching. Needless to say, she inspired us more than we could have imagined, and we can’t wait until our paths cross again.
Third, we wanted to take the opportunity to thank the community. If this event teaches us anything, it’s the power of relationships. The willingness and courage, not only to listen and learn, but to support and give back to the community. We truly believe that together, as a whole, we can continue to enrich and strengthen the ties of the region.
