We’re hiring, wave makers.

You’ve probably read a thousand job descriptions. We want this to be your last. What we do at Baan Dek isn’t a job. It’s a way of life. It’s a way of seeing the world differently, and having the opportunity to make a difference. We don’t make ripples in puddles, we make waves in oceans.

You see, we’re growing, and we’re looking for someone to grow with us. Not just anyone, someone special. Someone who believes that, with the right team, we can achieve anything. We have a unique culture here at Baan Dek. We think it’s a pretty special place. We also think you can help us make it better. Interested?

We want people who imagine things differently, individuals who want to be a part of something bigger than any one of us. Yes, that BIG. We’re not looking for employees, we’re looking for passionate, hardworking optimists. Of course, precision and rigor are important, but so is joy and attitude.

We’re a family at Baan Dek. We strongly believe that having a happy, compassionate, boosterish team, is our best asset. What sort of qualifications are we looking for? We’re thinking at least one year of experience is a good starting point, but if you’re just starting out, please contact us just the same.

It can be different. It can be better. We’d love to hear from you.
