We Can Always Improve

Working with children has taught us many things. Perhaps one of the most important is to adopt the mindset that we should learn how to approach everything we do as if for the very first time. No where is this more applicable than trying to find ways to improve. Is this process working? Can we make it better? What questions are we not asking ourselves? Having the time and confidence to pause and reflect is a driving characteristic of what we pride ourselves on, and in this post, Charlotte Wood discusses how we are always striving to improve.
