When we published our “Culture Matters” piece, we received a lot of great, inspirational feedback. People were curious to learn more about how we work together as a team. They wanted to learn the details. The minutia. We thought we’d take five of our guiding principles and break them down into easily digestible chunks.
This podcast is entitled, “We’re all learning.” A quick spoiler alert, one we never want to forget. As adults, as teachers, we’re still learning too! We’re constantly learning how best to personalize learning experiences. Knowing how to optimize this process becomes part of our most ambitious and hopeful challenge.
