Whether you’ve recently completed training, or come with an abundance of experience, one of our driving principles at Baan Dek is that we’re all always learning. If you have an eagerness to learn and grow putting Montessori into practice, we’re excited to hear from you.
The ideal candidate would have their AMI Primary diploma, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working collaboratively on a team. Exceptional Montessori, rich conversations, snow days, and a phenomenal community are only the start of the joys at Baan Dek!
