There’s something wonderful about a fresh start.
After a full year of settling back into the rhythm of leading Baan Dek, Jamie and I have found ourselves feeling inspired all over again. Inspired by the children who surprise us every day. Inspired by the conversations we share with families. Inspired by the little moments that remind us why we fell in love with Montessori in the first place.
And that inspiration has brought us back here.
If you’ve been with us for a while, welcome back. If you’re new to Baan Dek, we’re so glad you found us.
This blog has always been a place to pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible journey of childhood. As we begin again, we’re excited to share more of what we’re learning, noticing, and wondering about—from everyday moments in the classroom to timeless Montessori principles that continue to shape the way we see children.
